Shipping policy

At Divyā, every poster is specially printed and prepared after an order is placed. Since our products are made using a Print-on-Demand model, each order goes through a custom production process before shipping.

By placing an order with Divyā, customers agree to the shipping terms mentioned below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).

As every product is custom made, processing may require a short preparation period before dispatch.

Orders are generally processed on business days only and may experience slight delays during:

1. festivals,
2. sales periods,
3. high order volumes, or
4. unforeseen operational situations.

Delivery Timeline

Under normal conditions, orders are usually delivered within:

      5–7 business days

This timeline may vary depending on customer location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified through their provided contact details such as email or phone number.

Shipping Charges- Prepaid Orders

A standard shipping charge of ₹9 is applicable on prepaid orders below ₹499 INR, where as on orders above ₹499, it's free.

Shipping Charges- Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. For all COD orders, an additional ₹59 standard shipping charge will be applied. 

Divyā reserves the right to disable COD services for:

1. certain pin codes,
2. suspicious activities, or
3. repeated failed delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through the contact details provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate:

1. shipping address,
2. mobile number, or
3. and email information.

Divyā will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives:

1. a damaged product,
2. defective print, or
3. incorrect item,

they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Customers are requested to send:

1. Clear photos of the product
2. Photos of the packaging
3. A picture of the invoice/bill

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved after verification, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original bank account or payment method used while placing the order.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Failed Deliveries

Orders may fail to deliver due to:

1. incorrect address,
2. unavailable recipient,
3. unreachable phone number, or
4. refusal to accept the package.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests another delivery attempt.
