Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how we've got you covered:

7-Day Returns: You can return your order within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked. Simply email us at divyaposters@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91 82102 73969 within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll initiate your return within 24-48 hours.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your poster arrives damaged or has a print defect, WhatsApp us a photo at +91 82102 73969 within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost. (Note- Sometimes the replacement could take more than 7 days because we have to verify the issue reported and then initiate the replacement, so we need your patience at that moment)

Non-Returnable Conditions: Since every poster is printed fresh on order specifically for you, we request that returned posters be unused and in their original condition. We may ask you for an unboxing video if needed.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please share your account details when initiating the return.
